Basketball
I love sports... anything from football, golf, to water sports.. and anything with a motor and a track really gets my attention.. But tonight i had the chance to go to a UAB basketball game.. I haven't ever had a huge passion for it but hey, i figured i would give it a try.. I had a really fun time. I caught myself getting involved into the game and chanting U. A. B. all the way. Indeed a very fun and eventful night i must say. it was great! Now do I have the skill to play on the court? I would say no.. ill just stick with my little race car on the track... moral of the story is... swooosh u a b.... stomp!

I haven't been to a basketball game in many years. When Jason played in highschool, it was my favorite sport to watch. You should go to the church on Tuesday night and play with the "old" guys. You're probably better than you think!
the only college basketball game i have ever been to was at UAB, and you're right, you really get in to it! you have no choice. i went with my step aunt who was an alum. so told me all about the blazer and his buddy who worked the crowd. turns out his "buddy" was just a guy who was mentally handicapped that religiously came to EVERY game and really worked the part of the crowd he was sitting in. when the "golden girls" noticied him, they made the mascot aware of it as well and uab asked him to help pump the crowd at all games!
